What Happens After Landing?

International flight passengers arriving at Taoyuan Airport typically go through immigration, baggage claim, and customs — about 30–60 minutes from when the plane stops to exiting the arrival hall. PriorityTrip drivers automatically calculate this buffer time based on your flight status, so you don't need to notify us.

Our pick-up service includes real-time flight tracking. Once you provide your flight number during booking, our dispatch center continuously monitors the estimated and actual landing time. Even if your flight is early or delayed, the driver automatically adjusts arrival — no worries about time differences.

When you pass customs and exit the restricted area, your driver is already waiting at the designated parking area. Our confirmation text clearly states the meeting point. If you can't find your driver, simply call the number in the text — connection is usually made within 30 seconds.

What If My Flight Is Delayed? Any Extra Charges?

This is the question travelers care about most — the answer is: no extra charges at all. PriorityTrip promises no surcharge for flight delays, one of our core values we have upheld for years.

Our system automatically tracks flight status. When your flight announces a delay, the dispatch center is immediately notified and automatically reschedules the driver's arrival time. The driver will not ask for extra fees even after waiting an additional hour — this is already included in our service promise.

The only exception is "extreme delays" — if your flight is delayed over 6 hours, we will proactively contact you to confirm if you still need the service and help adjust to the most suitable time. If a new vehicle needs to be dispatched in this case, we will inform you of all costs upfront — absolutely no hidden fees.

Where Will the Driver Wait for Me?

Taoyuan International Airport T1 and T2 each have different parking arrangements. PriorityTrip's confirmation text clearly indicates the "meeting point," usually the parking lot floor and area corresponding to your terminal. For example, T1 is typically B1 parking, and T2 is typically P4 parking.

If it's your first time in Taiwan and you're unfamiliar with the airport, we recommend selecting the "signboard pick-up" service (additional NT$200) when booking. The driver will hold a sign with your name in the arrival hall, making it easy to spot. This service is especially recommended for seniors, first-time visitors to Taiwan, or international travelers unfamiliar with Chinese interfaces.

Songshan Airport is smaller and the pick-up process is simpler. The driver typically waits in the parking area outside the first-floor arrival hall, with the exact meeting point detailed in the confirmation text. Songshan Airport's advantage is its closer proximity to downtown Taipei, suitable for domestic or short-haul international flights.

What If I Have Too Much Luggage?

Our business-class luxury vehicles (Alphard / Vellfire class) have spacious cargo areas that typically accommodate 4–6 large 28-inch suitcases. If you have exceptionally large amounts of luggage — such as long-term students returning home or shopping tour groups — please inform us of the quantity and size when booking.

PriorityTrip offers free large luggage handling — the driver will assist loading all luggage into the vehicle, no effort required from you. This service is included in the transfer fare at no extra charge. If luggage exceeds a single vehicle's capacity, we can coordinate two vehicles or a larger model, with costs clearly explained at booking.

For travelers needing wheelchair assistance, baby strollers, or child safety seats, we also provide free auxiliary equipment and handling services. Please note this in the remarks field when booking so we can prepare the most comprehensive arrangements for you.
