Our Story

PriorityTrip was founded in 2018 in Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City, by a team with backgrounds in transportation and premium hospitality services. They recognized that Taiwan's airport transfer market had long suffered from opaque pricing, inconsistent vehicle quality, and unreliable driver standards — and set out to build a new standard of airport transfer service centered on trust.

Starting with just 2 Toyota Alphard vehicles, we have grown to a fleet of over 30 luxury business-class MPVs with 50+ professional chauffeurs. We have completed over 5,000 trips with a 98%+ customer satisfaction rate. Our service area covers Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Keelung City, Hsinchu City, and Yilan County — providing 24/7 transfers to both Taoyuan International Airport and Taipei Songshan Airport.

PriorityTrip luxury fleet - Toyota Alphard business-class vehicles

Our fleet features Toyota Alphard and Vellfire-class luxury business MPVs. Every vehicle is equipped with genuine leather seats, tri-zone climate control, USB-A/USB-C charging ports, and 110V universal power outlets. The tall cabin design comfortably seats 7-8 passengers, with cargo space for 4-6 large 28-inch suitcases.

Vehicle safety is our baseline requirement. Every vehicle undergoes weekly full cleaning and safety inspection, with comprehensive monthly maintenance. The entire fleet carries passenger liability and third-party insurance, plus dashcam recording. All chauffeurs pass background checks, criminal record verification, and complete 40+ hours of professional training covering safe driving, customer service etiquette, and emergency response.
